Then using an exercise ball and dumbbells provide a complete workout?
I know it does not replace cardio, but It does not replace going to the gym? I'm trying to lose weight and keep the muscle, not bulk up.
This is enough material for strength and flexibility, assuming you have enough different weights companies of sufficient weight, but it will do nothing to your cardiovascular system. You do not need a gym for whatever, you only need a pair of running shoes and a door Input …… I think I'm in decent shape (4-time Ironman), and the only time I go to the YMCA is to use the pool.
