I bought the exercise equipment in a store. They did not send all the material I purchased?.
I tried to contact them by phone and e-mail, but they do not respond to calls or emails. What recourse do I have? This For over a month since I ordered. I live in Florida, the store is an important equipment, but headquartered in California. This name is the ability eruption.
If you paid by credit card, you can file a complaint with the company credit card and they will charge back question. Be ready to send the items they refer you.
