What are the best fitness classes out there that will help you to tone your stomach?

I am looking for fitness classes that are perfect to help you tone up I would like a flatter stomach. I had a go at body pump but that class kills me. So if you know of fitness classes that u have really toned up or you pals. Please let me know?

In order to invigorate the best form physical activity is weight training. His best and most effective method of toning and burning body fat. Aerobic classes such as body pump, spinning, etc are brilliant but to really strengthen you should get a weight program designed specifically for the areas you want to tone up. For your stomach you need to burn body fat and tone then, sit-ups will not tone your tummy type exercises on their own, unless you burn fat consistently resistant and are by far the best. If you obtain a gym instructor to make a program for you 25-30min 3x per week is sufficient. Or get a ball-shaped and do resistance exercises at home – you will see results within 2-3 chance weeks.Good.
