What is the best way to announce a new business of fitness education in Northern Ireland?

Is there a newspaper has the most traffic or a site or a flyer delivery company? Help Please my knowledge of advertising in Ulster is nonexistent. Thank you to advance.

Think about who your customers are and what great work is the best way to reach them. For example, if you are based in Belfast and want to reach people from local business, you had better attend networking events that they are going to try that a haphazard approach, advertising in a newspaper. Maybe you want to target young mothers who want to get back their form. Place posters in local nurseries or primary schools.
