How old do you have to use the fitness equipment in a gym!?
Hiya, I was wandering how old you used gym equipment fitness / (ECT treadmill) in a gymnasium / sports center. I live in Scotland (United Kingdom) by the way thanks for Advanced Answers xxx
It depends on the specific gym. My gym is, you must be 15 without parental supervision. But where I lived the age used to 13. You can go to the gym, no matter what age, if you have your parents. Hope this helps.
