A hotel is building a fitness center measures 256 ft. x 63 ft. The flooring to cover space is made of a special 3-layer cushioned tile and costs $ 19.00 per square foot. How much will it cost for the new floor? (Please explain)
Formula: Total cost = Number of square feet * The costs will be covered by the foot-square = (256 * 63 ft. ft.) * $ 19.00 = 16.128 sq. ft. * $ 19.00 = $ 306,432.00 Answer: $ 306,432.00
