I need a good fitness planner!?
Hello, I `m 5 feet 5 inches and 196 lbs. Things are not good with my current weight, i know. However, I intend to change that. I recently started a diet and hopefully for the better. When I free time, I do some stretching exercises and a friend told me to use a planner fitness. Is what is necessary for me? Where can I find one?
It is always best to use a program that will track your progress for you, etc.. Studies have shown that people who keep the exercise / weightloss journals have a high success rate. Here is an excellent program that I use and my clients have to use training ….. it will make all the calculations for you to lose weight. He lost much weight so easy!
