Fitness tips for beginners?
What advice would you give someone just starting to work again?
Start slowly. Do not be fooled yourself into thinking you can start at higher level because you are exhausted and most likely stop the program altogether. Do not be afraid to push yourself after sticking with a program for a while. To achieve better results, the body needs to be challenged … but no injuries. Google the "Couch to 5K" plan if you are into stuff outdoors such as walking and jogging. It is a great program. I also used the series of drive FIRM. They have different levels different people … using weights and cardio and you get incredible results. 60 pounds in 8 months and have maintained for over a year. Good chance.
