Fashion on a cross Cardio Fitness Trainer eliciptal Life 95Xi?
I workout usually on shuffle mode but have tried the method in which cardiovascular You enter age, weight, time and heart rate. When I do this it works fine until I get around 16 minutes after the workout, the machine can increase resistance to max and I can not make it move fast enough so it goes into pause mode. I now tried on three different machines and they all do the same thing. Any idea what I'm doing wrong
Cardio mode increases the resistance to try get your heart rate within a target area at a set speed (usually 130 strides per minute approx) If you're in good shape and small resistance May be up to much to get your heart going. There is usually a button that allows you to manually change the resistance level down. Also, if you put in a much higher age, the target area will be lower if it should stop adding resistance earlier.
