Going topless or wearing a muscle shirt to a college gym.?

I am a student trying to get my abs. I fine toning arms and my chest is starting to appear toned, but I wonder something. I have not seen any dress codes displayed for a gym in my college. Do you think a college would allow students to practice shirtless in the Gym. What wearing a muscle? If I see another work by Guy on shirtless, do you think I should go for it?
