Planet Fitness Locations

Is Planet Fitness a good place to do something?

I'm not a hardcore body builder, but I like my gym to be well supplied with free weights and a wide range of exercises and machines. What has been your experiance with them been? I am attracted by the location and low price, more precisely, it will be in the Portland area in Maine. Fill me in!

Personally, I prefer gold. This is the environment is more comfortable than the PF here in Concord, NH. That said, I intend to re-join Planet Fitness this week. Now may be higher range, but you can not really beat price Planet Fitness', especially the black card. No, I did not work for them. I went for two years, though. The only problem I have with the PF in Concord is the locker rooms and parking, there is never enough space. Regarding the equipment, They have almost everything. Lots of free weights, treadmills, machines, etc. .. I can not really say that all the PF is like where I'm going, but it is a chain if Hopefully there is some consistency, no? Give it a shot.
