What are the conditions of fitness do I do at the highest level of rowing?
I'm trying to improve my fitness for rowing and I was wondering what kind of scores / weights do proffessional get for these activities 1RM Bench press, Squat Leg Press Shoulder Seated chest press row Lat pulldown Beep bicep curl test Ergo 500, 1k, 2k, 5k and 30 minutes Any other u can think of would be greatly appreciated,
In addition to Box, do not forget to condition, condition and condition. Each rower I have ever seen a crazy amount does cardio per day.
