Why is my Senior Marine Instructor said to provide an umbrella for Air Force Physical Fitness?

I asked my Senior Marine Instructor the Air Force and he told me a bit about it and he also said something that door and an umbrella for the fitness of Air Force and I 'm not sure why. I forgot to ask him why? Does anyone know?

So the Navy would have something to put up his hole lower. just how a marine unaware of any Air Force PT test? Yes, I suppose that the Air Force just hate cold or hot weather, Thats why they have bases like Loring AFB in Maine, Grand Forks AFB in North Dakota, FE Warren in Wyoming, Minot, SD and Anderson AFB in Guam, Eglin AFB in FLA, Kirtland AFB NM. and Marines have such extreme weather bases such as Camp Lejeune, or 29 Palms. yea Gets Real cold or hot right those.yea. And the army has these extreme Weather bases in the north, Kentucky or mode in South Georgia. People are so stupid they think the AF stops when it's cold or hot, rain or hail?
