What exercises are good soccer and etc?
I want to make a football team, but you must test. Can you tell me some exercises Fitness soccer and other things to work on other. And what do coaches look for while you test???
you need to juggle the ball. you need to increase your endurance. You can do this by running a mile or two every day, but make sure first section. try dribbling up and down a field at runtime and then jogging and walking and changing direction every now and then. If you have cones you can set up online at a reasonable distance so that you can dribble around them like a car through a slalom. make one or two sprints up and down on the ground and then rest. contributes to two sessions. one in the morning and afternoon. coaches look for leaders and people who encourage their teammates. for some reason they like the fact that people can juggle the ball, even if no use in practice than a game … they like speed, but they like more endurance. play to your strengths, if you're not very good at a position that you like, try to play to another. You might find yourself loving him, and you may find yourself playing one in a different position anyway.
