Go online and search for puzzle games (there are millions that help your hand-eye coordination and acuity mental), word problems, Sudoku (puzzle digital). There are tons of possibilis if you increase the ol noggin "(figuratively, of course).

Regardless of the type we all want to remain strong as we age. One of the most major stressors Getting older is to think how we will be able to keep our memory and more importantly, our function of the overall burden as we age, not children. Well, it seems once again we have a serious health problem seriously helped by regular exercise. Recent studies show that our memory may also depend on how we are physically fit. Here's what it means. It is hippocampus of the brain which is vital for certain types of memory, like some other things, its size is important: studies have shown that a larger hippocampus is better. Researchers found that older adults who are fitter tend to have larger hippocampi and better spatial memory than those who are less shape. A study published in the journal Hippocampus shows that the size of the hippocampus in the physical adjustment of adult represents about 40% of their advantage in spatial memory.

Children are forced to test physical fitness and athletic ablility stretched on.?
I remember when I was younger and taller than most kids, we have no doubt run and jump in front of the class individually. What is your opinion on this kind of physical tests for children?
The Physical Fitness Test does not find it on your athletic ability, as your fitness level. It completely different because I am the most disorganized person you will ever encounter but I am each presidential year I took the test. I think they should be forced to take because it helps to encourage children to be fit and not obese.
