whose personal training certification is more respected in the industry's ability NASM or ACSM?
NASM – at least in employment goes. I have experienced personal trainers who felt that CMHA is more complete. However, several of the biggest club health requires that you obtain or NASM. So even if you are involved with the CMHA, they make you go back and get NASM -. Save time go with NASM

Among the following companies is the best to follow to obtain a personal Fitness Trainer Certification?
I am willing to certify as a personal fitness trainer. I found three companies, the ISSA, ACE and Nesta. Which of the three is the best company to go and why? Is there a company that is better than one of the three mentioned above?
ACE's more reconized (worldwide) certification available. I doubt there are better than ACE certifications. Check www.acefitness.org

Certification of fitness instructors?
I would like to find a job as a form of teaching cardio kickboxing instructor classes group. Can anyone give me details on the advantages and disadvantages of different types of certifications? I read a little on the Internet but some want "real world" and "practical" advice. I'm leaning towards ACE, but there are plenty of them there. At this stage, I am more interested in teaching classes that I am in personal training. Thank you.

Motivation is the key to sticking to a fitness program. Many people give up long before the fitness program begins to have a positive effect on their bodies. By giving up too quickly, they lose time and money not to mention – effort. These people leave because they lack motivation.
