The best brand of fitness equipment …?
I want to put up a gym at home in my basement, but I no idea what the best brands. I am thinking about getting a universal set, plus a treadmill. I saw a lot of "Weider" home gyms on craigslist, but one of my friends at the gym told me to avoid this brand at all costs. It recommends "Bowflex". Any recommendations? Thank you in advance.
