How many pounds is a weight plate on a home gym adjustable?
My apartment has a gym fitness home life where you can make a variety of exercises for the legs and arms. The tower in the medium contains about 20 weight plates, you can adjust the amount you are lifting. In general, how many pounds is one of those plates? I have no idea how much (or how little) I got up. Thank you!
I think they come in 5 or 10 pounds.

I want to get in shape this summer. I want to go to a camp Fitness / Fat Camp / Boot Camp in Virginia Beach Or Virginia or anywhere near there. I am co femle but whose spirit-ed or single women.
