Today is day 1 and I stayed in a workout and my meals for the day to far.I not want to lose 85 pounds in one year. Is it a goal realistic and healthy and how much flexibility will I have in my diet from week to week?

Fitness / nutrition / diet is only for women?
I am a 16 year old, and I think a career in the fitness / Nutrition AC /, and I'm really these things myself. I like to eat healthy and exercise daily, and would love to have a career, and have the chance to help others, health and well-being of a person, but I have a question … Does everything work on (health eating, weight management, healthy eating, yoga and aerobics, and "a kind of thinking about getting a RD (RD) before entering the fitness), all women? Or guys can do it as well. If your anything, and I mean anything I just mentioned and your woman, if Please put in your thinking, its greatly appreciated. It's a big deal for me, because the choice of a career is very hard, and the only thing I can think I'm interested, and it assumes a healthy lifestyle. Love Me x3

Fitness experts only: In my body went into starvation mode?
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I worked out (a half-hour cardio followed by half an hour of strength training), but because I was so busy that I could eat 800 calories (my daily needs calories are 1500). Now I'm forcing myself to eat more, but I wonder if my body went into starvation mode? If yes, what can I do to prevent gain the weight back and thensome?

I am currently in the process of purchasing fitness equipment. How effective bench pressing?
I I want to work many aspects, but am not sure if bench pressing is effective enough, when I could use more weight and versatilely little differently. Someone who knows what they are talking about please reply. Incidentally, I do not want to be huge, or even great, I go to spryness. I do not know if that matters.
Bench pressing is the best way to build your chest.
