How do I train for swimming without water?
I want to become a good swimmer but have not swam for over 15 years. I intention of joining a fitness club with a pool, but until I do, are there any exercises I non-aquatic can do to train?
as an avid swimmer, running and exercises to increase strength of the upper body are required to perform well in water. Remember, you want muscles!

Fitness experts only: In my body went into starvation mode?
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I worked out (a half-hour cardio followed by half an hour of strength training), but because I was so busy that I could eat 800 calories (my daily needs calories are 1500). Now I'm forcing myself to eat more, but I wonder if my body went into starvation mode? If yes, what can I do to prevent gain the weight back and thensome?
