When you are in the police what tests proficiency (if applicable) Do you regularly take? Ie all annual tests?

Fitness experts only: In my body went into starvation mode?
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I worked out (a half-hour cardio followed by half an hour of strength training), but because I was so busy that I could eat 800 calories (my daily needs calories are 1500). Now I'm forcing myself to eat more, but I wonder if my body went into starvation mode? If yes, what can I do to prevent gain the weight back and thensome?

Should we eat before or after exercise with elliptical training equipment?
The general rule is eat at least 2 hours before or one hour after fitness. Your body will use more easily available fuel. If you want to make the most of your training, it is better that it burns fat instead of sugar metabolism of food in recent years. Cramps, mentioned by other here is a "fairy woman" and not really a problem.

seriously all i see is post anorexic. I am one of them! but I do not think people should be part of this publication stuff b / c it will trigger anas so many people who read it.
I agree somewhat. Half the posts are people who are desperate to bulk and the other half are girls who are worried if she was eating too much at once an apple and an orange today. Of course I exaggerate, but you know what I mean .. I agree but it is what triggers can you do to prevent it? Some of the PPL (myself included) are really worried about their (ridiculously low) food intake and it is not fair to deny them the job, I think.
