Some people are social animals, and enjoy going to a local fitness center to work out, meet new people, show off their muscles, or just get out of the house. There are many fitness centers available to the public, so they have their benefits. However, there are just as many, if not more, physical benefits in home gym fitness equipment, and many other advantages as well.

Let’s say the cost of a membership at a typical fitness center is $35/month or $420/year. You may have to drive through the horrendous traffic to get there, and though it might be a large center with lots of equipment, there will probably also be a lot of people using the equipment, meaning you may have to wait for a machine quite often.
