How do I start a career in shape?
I make a career change, the right to fitness. Fitness has been a passion that inspires me. As a kid I skied (and taught skiing), danced (and teaches dance), and ran. As an adult, I go to the gym five times a week I do cardio, lifting weights, take swimming lessons. Classes, certifications, books, DVDs, websites / forums … anything to get my new career began. Also, feel free to email me if you have lots of advice or if you think you can help / mentor. Thank you!

Are children allowed to use the center of fitness "Freedom of the seas?"?
I'm going on a cruise with my mother Saturday and wondered if children are allowed to go to the fitness center and use the equipment
I am descended from a Royal Caribbean ship in April, and age to use the gym was 16 years and older. This is because they do not want children of fun and either injury or destruction of equipment. If you are under that age, you can go as you are with your mother and you act mature and do not joke and be serious in May if they ask you to leave. They recommend that children not be in the gym, but if you act Mature & Senior officer and if you stay with an adult, it is very perfect, I have done many times before. Hope this helps, good luck and have fun! (:
