There are a lot of contact sports that offer the excellent chance to exercise. Tennis, football, and basketball all require inexpensive gear, provide great cardiovascular exercise, and offer the additional benefit of getting fresh air from the outdoors. However, these sports tend to weigh heavily on the joints and other muscle groups. The stress placed on the joint areas in the ankles and the knees may make these high-impact sports not advisable for the elderly or those who’ve had any recent surgical operation.
This is where low-impact exercise equipment comes in.
