Is this the America that we are sick or healthy?
According to Health care advocate Kevin Trudeau, the "Big Pharma" wants that every person in America to be patient and drugs. They want us to keep buying drugs and give them our money. This is perfectly rational this objective, a company is to maximize profits. ON the other hand, after my full manual Wellness & Fitness, he makes clear that America most valuable resource of man is Healthy People. Patients drain the economy through increased Govt. spending programs, research, These ideas, etc. conflict between the two. What do you think?? People can be so close-minded. This is not a stupid question. This a very difficult, the intellectual question. For me, it seems that both sides are true. The financial security of profits and control of the population are two important factors in maintaining America's sick. However, the productivity of public spending and inadequate for workers are other factors why America wants us to be healthy.

What women fitness magazine the best?
I hated Fitness RX … it has a lot of lint and models so that there have no "Find fitness whatsoever. They are super thin. I would like to see something similar to a magazine man … much training and menu templates! no fluff!

Fitness Questions?
I have a new tredmill, the speed ranges of 0.5-10 mph, I like 2-3 mph for the moment I just started and I use this video for a warm-up, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKl1JzF4E … , Is there a video ok? I'm eating and drinking, of 1000-2000 calories per day, and I want to know what speed should I keep and for how long a workout means (where I not lose weight too quickly, but I did lose) I would lose 5 – £ 15 per month, and what I can do to motivate me to lose weight? I am 16, I currently weigh 230 pounds, my goal is 150 pounds (because I have a bigger picture). heres the question again .. Is this a video ok? What can I do to motivate me to lose weight? What speed should I keep and for how long, to get a little exercise means (which I do not lose weight too quickly, but I lose it) I would lose 5 – £ 15 per month

This test has been done to measure your body's ability to withstand aerobic effort for long periods of time.
Aerobic effort, is when your body uses oxygen to create energy. Once your body depletes its maximum capacity to burn oxygen, the process becomes anaerobic when oxygen is not used and the body creates lactic acid.
Since oxygen consumption increases with the increase of energy released, we can assess the aerobic capacity maximum measurement of VO2 max: max possible to use your body with oxygen to produce energy.

Regardless of the type we all want to remain strong as we age. One of the most major stressors Getting older is to think how we will be able to keep our memory and more importantly, our function of the overall burden as we age, not children. Well, it seems once again we have a serious health problem seriously helped by regular exercise. Recent studies show that our memory may also depend on how we are physically fit. Here's what it means. It is hippocampus of the brain which is vital for certain types of memory, like some other things, its size is important: studies have shown that a larger hippocampus is better. Researchers found that older adults who are fitter tend to have larger hippocampi and better spatial memory than those who are less shape. A study published in the journal Hippocampus shows that the size of the hippocampus in the physical adjustment of adult represents about 40% of their advantage in spatial memory.
