I do not think it is fair …?
PE (physical education), we are graded on how good we are, and if we are in good shape: Good. But if were not: You have a big FAIL coming your way. In high school, students are not allowed to graduate if they do not pass the fitness test (I think I am not sure if it is still mandatory.) Even if you have an A in every class unique and take AP courses and do what you're supposed to do, you still can not graduate?? There are many People who are successful and more weight … and how can we be more successful if some of the most intelligent children, now adults, are not allowed to graduate, which means they can not go to college and they may not be as successful as they would be if the switch fitness test was not mandatory? I just want to know if people agree with me … Leo Ping Ding Ling … I'm thirteen, I can not get a personal trainer … Gish. Thank you anyway.

What are the tests of muscle strength for children?
I am developing a unit physical fitness for my students at school and I need a test for muscle strength. With my older children, I used the 1RM, but do not feel it's appropriate for 12-15 years. What tests can I do this test pure strength? I thought of a push-up test with a time limit as the number of push-ups in 30 seconds but that moves towards more muscular endurance. Ideas?
try pushup but as to how many they can not stop but not as fast paced slow real nose for the bottom … this kind of thing and do sprints
