I want to try a martial art but I'm too shy to join a club?

I watched some videos and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I would not mind to learn, but I'm too shy to join a club because I do not know anyone, etc. I'm not the most comfortable with people … What can I do? My main reason for trying is a better form and self-defense, I'm not big but I am far from being fit and I'd do anything to benefit benefit me also another way (in this case learning to defend myself against an attacker).

I'm looking for a job on time part which is physically demanding and is a good workout. I am in school to be a fitness trainer, but I want to get a Master Kinesiology and working with the ergonomics, or the ability of the company. I want my foot in the door with a kind of manual labor job or Entry level position, while training on the side.

there seems to have good software programs to perform memory, concentration … ideas? all users out there?

Go online and search for puzzle games (there are millions that help your hand-eye coordination and acuity mental), word problems, Sudoku (puzzle digital). There are tons of possibilis if you increase the ol noggin "(figuratively, of course).

How can I increase my chances to pass a fitness test to come to school next week? Any tips? :)

I know that it is unlikely that I'll get better in a week, but if there is a way i can help boost my energy or something that I can recognize. (includes pump test, sit-ups, and test tone) beep test is running ABCK and forth and you reach a side the gym before the beep. And I am a teenager.
