What do you call that exercise equipment that works like a bike stand? The feet are in a pedal motion.?
I old DP Fitness for Life Air Strider. I call a bike stand, since they have no headquarters. On this, my feet go around in a pedal motion. For my arms, I hold two levers (handles), which come and go and allow my hand to make the same move I do if I running. The exercise seems equivalent to jogging, without the effect you get on the field. I really liked this machine, but it is now exhausted. What do they call this type of exercise equipment now? Where can I get a good deal, maybe refurbished? Thank you!

What type of shoe is best for the "Turbo Jam DVD drive?
I have running shoes for when I use my treadmill, but obviously those are not proper shoes, because when I drive Turbo Jam. When it comes to training shoes, I do not really know much. I was wondering if someone with experience of fitness could tell me what shoes would work best. A pair reasonable price, comfortable shoes is true that I want. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Does anyone know where I can find a fitness program for soccer?
Im totally incorrect and I play on the wing or advance in football and require a lot of running, I would get even more fit for next season and if you want some sort of program to improve my cardiovascular endurance or agility or something. Ive looked but there are all those where you have Become a member and they send you an e-book , or if you have to pay. Does anyone know a site or they could give me their personal agenda. What should be included in making a client's physical condition?
I'm halfway through my training to become a personal trainer and do some fitness logs to an imaginary customer. I want it to be as complete as possible, any ideas?
When I went to a personal trainer, this is information he has collected: age, weight, gender body height index fat resting heart rate frequency heart after I made a bit of exercise Number of sit-ups I could do in one minute (or something) Number of push-ups I could do this kind of thing.
