I have a comin Physical Fitness Test in 3 1 / 2 weeks and must be able to do 45 sit-ups in two minutes!?
Sit-ups have always been my weak point. Currently I can do around 20 in two minutes. But I need to know if there are secrets helped me to strengthen my abs? I sit all alone, I just cannot seem to pass my PT test since having my children. Any guidance would be appreciated!
