Ok so here is my story of years ago I was on a stunt team of kung fu and quite physically fit … I was 127 pounds then … I'm 195 pounds now I am more weight than my arms can handle … if I slim down it will not be a problem .. However .. Can someone put up a Sets / Reps exercise plan for traction can I do to be able to do at least 10. even with dips for triceps. I mean if you're willing to do … I would really appreciate it. I have the tree lifting and fitness http://www.hoistfitness.com/consumer-equipment/hf-4962.aspx I can do all the exercises in this regard. Situps Pullups Hanging leg raises pumps I forgot to mention I also have a machine in the garage of weight and other things … it's a … Gymnastics at the Weider home … he has those pulldowns possible regarding this matter … among other things. I do not really use it … I prefer the performance of body weight by years of kung fu.

Have you already purchased equipment fitness after seeing an infomercial? If it does what it was and not work for you?

just once it was not all that was cracked up to be – remember the torso track? ugh … Remember that most of these Commericals play on the weaknesses of the consumer … have some thing he / she wants (a big body) and an easy way to achieve this goal. There is no "secret" machine or "easy" you probably do not already know. Sorry if it looked like conferences, I think I'm still angry against myself for purchase of this thing!

Yes, get a subscription to the gym and have a trainer put you on a schedule. Make a plan for a new regime, having more healthy options out there. In addition, good job with the 20 already lost. :)
