Turbulence Training Review

For those of you who don’t know what Turbulence Training is, I will provide a quick overview before reviewing it. Turbulence Training is a high intensity fitness program that relies on strength training more than cardio training to create ‘turbulence’ within the body thereby boosting the body’s metabolism. As a result of this, your body burns calories quicker.

The result is that your weight loss and muscle building are achieved within a reasonably short period of time. Turbulence Training requires little time (3×45 minute sessions a week) and can be performed in the comfort of your own home.
The main criticism made by Turbulence Training reviewers is that it requires discipline, commitment and a lot of hard work to see results. This is not at all surprising given that it is such a high intensity workout.
People who only perform one exercise session a week rather than the suggested three, or those who do not follow the Turbulence Training diet are not likely to see results. Speaking of the diet, there have been some comments suggesting that is not detailed enough, and therefore not as useful as it could be.
Finding unbiased Turbulence Reviews is a difficult task. It seems that so many ‘reviewers’ are also trying to sell Turbulence Training. It is very hard to trust a reviewer who has a vested interest in the review he or she is giving. However, the absence of genuinely negative reviews has only one logical conclusion- that is Turbulence Training does work.
Here are some benefits listed by one reviewer of the program. First, this program helps you to work both your lower and upper body muscles equally. Second, beginner to intermediate exercises are provided to suit everybody’s level of fitness and progress. Third, most of the Turbulence training exercises can be done without, or with a minimal number, of inexpensive weights. Next, the Turbulence Training program takes up a small amount of time. Finally, you can easily do Turbulence Training at home, rather than at the gym.

Overall, the review of Turbulence Training is pretty positive. It has many satisfied customers (literally thousands of them) and very few can find any fault with it. Turbulence Training is quite unique among fitness programs in that it does require a lot of effort during each workout. This is not the lazy man’s way to get fit fast. In fact, many Turbulence Training reviewers emphasized that you will only get out of the program what you are willing to put in.
