Zumba Fitness?
Has anyone tried Zumba Fitness? Did you like it? Was it as fun as it looks? How long before you've seen the results? Did you really lose a dress size in 10 days? I tried to work on other videos (eg: Jillian Michaels) and I havent seen any results. It looks like it would be better, but I need to know for sure. Thank you!
Zumba I made 2 times a week since the end of March 2008. If ballroom dancer for many years before, but is out of shape in more ways than one. I love Zumba! I saw my abs become firmer and my legs are much more muscular. My stamina is back up there. If I could do Zumba every day, I know I should not have the fitness much faster. Try it! You'd be surprised what you learn.
